What should you expect from a single vineyard Australian Shiraz?  One, you should expect a pricetag of $25 to $45 a bottle - and that’s not the only difference that this beauty has from the rest of the pack!  It is a behemoth of a wine, of course, with big fruit, tons of spice and pepper notes, great acidity and a loooong finish, but it also has a wonderful minerality and a bit of pencil lead, and leather notes that make it stand apart.  We opened it last week and it showed great, so we will have it open again, this weekend, for all those who missed out.
