Top 12 $119.95
Agro de Bazan Granbazan Albarino Etiqueta Verde 2011
Rias Baixas, Spain
$18.99 750ml $182.30 case
This is the best Albarino we have ever tasted and well worth the price. The vineyards are located within
sight of the Atlantic Ocean and you can smell the salt air in the wine. This fresh mineral driven no oak
white will match perfectly with shellfish. Steamed Mussels in green sauce would work perfectly.

Vina Siegel Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2010
Valle Central, Chile
$8.99 750ml $86.30 case
This juicy Cabernet delivers in a big way. The nose is a mix of vanilla from the French oak intermingled
with red cherry and smoke. The palate is mouth coating with crisp cherry and soft tannins. The finish is
quite long for this bargain red. Start the grill and let’s party!
Steltzner Vineyards Claret 2009
Napa Valley, California
$17.99 750ml $172.70 case
Bordeaux meets Napa defines this lovely, rich full bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc
and Merlot. The wine was aged for 22 months in French Oak and exhibits a nose of anise, lavender and
vanilla. The wine is beautifully balanced with firm but not harsh tannins. Roast whole tenderloin and
make serve with herb butter.
Bodega Carmine Granata Malbec “El Libre” 2010
Mendoza, Argentina
$ 7.99 750ml $76.70 case
This yummy red is dedicated to the bicentennial of the Argentine Revolution that began in May 1810. It
is absolutely delicious with that typical nose of juicy red fruit. The wine is fairly soft but with just enough
grip to keep you coming back for more. It won’t turn you into a liberal but it will set you free!
Primaterra Pinot Noir 2010
Delle Venezie, Italy
$8.99 750ml $ 86.30 case
We were floored when we tasted this Italian Pinot with the Rhino on the label. As one guy said it will
stop you dead in your tracks. Quite perfumed with medium body and good length this beauty will go
perfectly with the Costco Roast Chicken.
Matthieu Roux Pouilly- Fuissé 2009
Pouilly- Fuissé, France
$15.99 750ml $153.50 case
Chardonnay from the Macon region is a completely different animal then those from the New World.
Pouilly- Fuissé is the best appellation in the Macon and it shows in this beauty. It is all about balance
here, with a lovely floral nose to the mineral/stony palate to the good acid in the finish. Great Value!
Chateau Bellevue du Galvesse 2009
Lalande de Pomerol, France
$14.99 750ml $143.90 case
The 2009 vintage in Bordeaux was fantastic as exhibited by this supple left bank red. Lots of black cherry
and cassis on the nose is followed by a rich silky palate of black cherry and dark chocolate. The tannins
are soft but evident and the finish is long. The scoop sheet claims 85% Merlot with the balance Cabernet
Sauvignon but we detect some Cabernet Franc.
Chateau Recougne Blanc 2010
Bordeaux, France
$11.99 750ml $115.10 case
The Sauvignon Blanc (75%) gives you grapefruit and green apple and the Semillon (25%) gives you body
and a floral quality. Put it all together and you’ve got a refreshing, rich, summer white that’s the perfect
match with Maryland’s favorite dish, The Crab Cake.
Monte Cicogna Lugana 2008
Desenzano del Garda, Italy
$10.99 750 ml $105.50 case
Made of 100 % Trebbiano, this is quite an elegant white with its silky, slightly salty, pear and green apple
flavors. The bitter almond finish matches up nicely with broiled sea Bass and cold marinated asparagus.
Or you could have it with some sliced apples, grapes, and Aged Asiago cheese. Put a case in your cart.
Foppiano Lot 96 Petite Sirah 2009
Sonoma, California
$10.99 750 ml $105.50 case
The name Lot 96 was chosen to reflect Foppiano’s original roots, dating back to 1896. This is a kind, but
powerful fat, round red with a bright bouquet of blackberry jam and fireplace smoke with flavors of
black currants, added notes of dark chocolate with trailing scents of cedar, vanilla bean and toasty oak.
The finish lingers with that embracing palate hug that only Petite Sirah can deliver. A wine for the gutsy,
classy folks out there, you know who you are.
Quattro Mani Toh-Kai Exto Gredic Vineyard 2010
Dobrovo Brda, Slovenia
$9.99 750 ml. $95.90 case
Here’s a mysterious white from the “Four Hands” people who brought us their wonderful
Montepulciano D’Abruzzo. There are aromas and flavors that are difficult to pinpoint, but let’s try. You’ll
find a hint of mint, clover and mineral notes along with some pear, white peach and floral aspects. The
palate is dry and equally exotic. The mouthful name matches up well to this mouthful of wine!
Jean Pla Pink Cat Rosé Vin de Pays 2011
Cotes de Catalan, France
$7.99 750 ml $76.70 case
We doubt you’ll find a more pleasant rose out there at this low price. Comprised of 60% Syrah and 40%
Grenache, it is quite dry with a beautiful pink color and aromas and flavors of wild raspberry, a touch
of cinnamon, and Bing cherry. We propose you have it with baked ham, crown roast of pork, or simply
sip it with your friends at your next party. We are guessing that it is named Pink Cat because it is tamer
than a Pink Panther?
